RhinoBVM was founded husband and wife team Dr. Derek Isenberg and Raluca Isenberg, ACNP. Both have extensive experience in emergency medicine and prehospital care.

Dr. Derek Isenberg is a board certified emergency physician as well as board certified in emergency medical services. Prior to medical school, Dr. Isenberg worked as an EMT and paramedic in New Jersey and North Carolina. He is currently certified as a prehospital physician in Pennsylvania. Dr. Isenberg is been medical director of numerous EMS agencies in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Raluca Isenberg is a ACNP.  Raluca has worked as a paramedic in Florida and critical care flight paramedic in Philadelphia. As a nurse, Raluca worked in emergency departments and ICU across the United States. She has extensive expertise in critical care.
